DESIRING A FULL BODY MASSAGE with the sweet tropical trade winds cooling your skin? A fantasy for many, yes.  A perfectly acceptable substitute is a cup of our fruit & floral infused Bai Mudan (white peony) tea.  The beautiful color and added use of honey to balance the tart hibiscus flowers makes for a delightful iced tea. One sip (OK, maybe two) and you will be transported to a tropical paradise retreat. This heavenly blend includes:

Organic Hibiscus Flowers

Organic Spearmint

Organic Ginger Root

Organic Peels of Lemon and Orange

1st Grade Bai Mudan (White Peony) Tea

~Directions: Stir Contents. Steep 1 heaping tsp per 6 oz of water cooled from boiling anywhere from 2 - 8 minutes. (Allowing longer then the typical 2 minute steep time for white tea is acceptable, as this is a white tea/herbal blend).  Strain and sip!

Delicious Iced Tea Recipe:

In a tempered 1 quart mason jar, add 4-5 tsp. of loose herbs.  Fill jar 1/2 way with just boiled water.  Cover, steep for at least 10 minutes. Fill up jar with cold water or ice water.  Place in fridge to cool for a couple hrs.  OR pour over ice and sip immediately!  Makes 4 cups. Recipe works well doubled with 2 quart mason jar as well.  To strain, simple pour over a mid size mesh strainer (think sifting powdered sugar)  or use metal band to secure a small piece of cheesecloth to the jar.  Keep covered with lid 3 to 4 days in fridge.
