Catskill Chai - Spicy Cuppa
DIRECTIONS FOR TRADITIONAL CHAI LATTE: Combine 6/8 oz of milk/water for each tsp. of tea in saucepan & add desired sweetner. Gently simmer, stirring, 3 min. Remove from heat, steep for 2-5 min more, strain & sip!
